• Won Job: A job is considered won when our company secures a contract or agreement with a client introduced through your lead-generating efforts.
• Payment Terms: A CPA payout will be made within the 2 weeks following the date, in the same rate as the revenue is received.

How Does It Work?

Step 1: Apply and Get Approved

To participate in our Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) program, please submit your application using the form below. Provide your track record and relevant experience to facilitate the approval process. Our team will review your application and may request additional information to clarify any issues. Upon approval, you will receive a unique tracking number and onboarding documents.

Step 2: Promote Our Construction Services

Utilise your marketing channels, such as social media, email, websites, and personal networks, to promote our construction services to potential clients. Target individuals and organisations in need of construction services, as outlined in our program details.

Step 3: Drive Leads and Conversions

Our services business relies on creating quotes to convert client requirements into monetary value. Encourage your prospects to request from us a quote outlining their service requirements. Where the client's needs are not captured in a professional bill of quantities, our team will work with you to provide a documented bill of quantities, which will serve as the basis for our quote. Please note that this document is proprietary and cannot be shared with other service providers.

You will be carried along on the details of our quote, including the value of our offer and the profit margin percentage. Our team will work closely with you to finalise the contract cost with the client. During negotiations, the profit margin percentage may be adjusted downward to secure a deal. The revised percentage, on which the deal is sealed, will serve as the basis for commission sharing on the won contract.

Step 4: Earn Commissions for Conversions

Upon successful conversion, where a referred client signs a contract and makes a payment, you will earn a value-graded CPA commission. Our transparent tracking system ensures accurate crediting for successful referrals.

Step 5: Receive Payments and Scale Up

Payouts, in the percentage of the contract value received, will be made within two weeks of receiving payment from the client. As you continue to drive conversions, you can scale up your efforts to maximise earnings, with our ongoing support to help you succeed.​
